This is not buying or investment advice. I’m simply reporting the data I’m seeing. Please do your own research and make your own decisions. Just because cards have increased in value up to this point, it doesn’t mean they will continue to do so.

These tools aren’t perfect; no tool is. I’ve seen instances where a graded card was being included in the raw numbers, which might cause a misleading spike in value. So trust, but verify.

Sadly, the season is coming to an end, and we won’t see action from some of the many different “hot list” players I’ve featured over the season. The good news is, we still have playoff baseball which can hopefully bring us another Tommy Edman, along with the AFL, with players already being named to rosters.

So, enjoy it while you can! There’s always baseball being played, just less of it as the regular season winds down.

Get ahead of that, and know that if you’re a baseball guy, sales might slow a bit. Diversify to other sports, look to retired baseball players, and do what you can to keep the money moving.

1. George Klassen, Angels Double-A

A lot of ups and downs for Klassen lately, but looks to be finishing the season on an “up.”

September has been a whirlwind for Klassen. His first start of the month saw him give up six runs. In his next, five scoreless innings. The third start for Klassen was one to forget as well as he did not get out of the first inning, giving up seven runs and hitting two batters.

Since then, Klassen has rebounded to finish his 2025 season on a high note. He struck out eight batters in six scoreless innings in his following start, flashing the elite stuff that made him such a promising prospect. To round out the month, Klassen went five innings with nine strikeouts and allowed a run on a solo home run. Source

2. AJ Ewing, Mets Double-A

Not a power guy, but not sure that matters all that much for someone like Ewing. Take a look at his late-August numbers. Third column of stats from the left are his hits, which by unofficial count looks like 19-for-42 (with 7 SBs).
